We strive to ensure that our customers receive products in the best condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a return. Please note the following conditions for our return policy:
- **Eligibility for Return:** A complaint for return must be registered within **40 hours** of receiving the product.
- **Evidence Required:** To process the return, we require a **recorded video** showcasing the issue with the product. The video should clearly display the problem, along with the packaging and invoice for verification.
- **Non-Returnable Items:** Products that are damaged due to misuse, items without their original packaging, or products that do not have a valid complaint video within the stipulated time are **not eligible** for return.
- **Shipping for Returns:** Return shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product delivered was incorrect or damaged.

- **Processing Refunds:** Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- **Cash on Delivery (COD):** For orders placed via COD, refunds will be issued as **store credit** or an alternate method as agreed upon, as cash refunds are not available for COD orders.
- **Non-Refundable Situations:** Any complaint registered after the **40-hour** window or without the accompanying video will not qualify for a refund.

### **Exchange Policy**
We understand that sometimes exchanges are necessary. To facilitate this, we have the following exchange guidelines:
- **Eligibility for Exchange:** Exchanges are possible only if a complaint is lodged within **40 hours** of receiving the product, and a **recorded video** of the product issue is provided for verification.
- **Conditions for Exchange:** The product must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, is not eligible for an exchange.
- **Process for Exchange:** Once the issue is verified, we will arrange for an exchange of the product, subject to stock availability. In the event that the product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.
